When the thickness control is extension, repeat steps 6 and 7.
8. Save the selection.

button to save the new setting and return to the

ready state.
This selection remains even if you turn the printer off.
Each option means as follows:
When the thickness control is normal:
Off: Ordinary paper

When the thickness control is extension:

Thin paper when resulting in light printing with duplex unit

Thick envelope when resulting in toner easily coming off

Thick rough paper when resulting in light printing
The mode number increases according to paper thickness and
roughness. Select one of the underlined numbers in the normal usage.
