Solutions
• Adjust the print density to a
larger value using the control panel.
• Check to see if your paper is wet.
• Remove the print unit and rock it
to distribute the toner evenly.
• If the developer unit is out of
toner, replace it.
• If the toner save mode is set, reset
it.
• If you print thick paper of the
order of 199 g/m 2 , use another type
of paper.
• The transfer roller may be
expired. Contact your dealer.
Adjust the print density to a
smaller value using the control
panel.
• Replace the drum unit.
• Replace the developer unit.
• Replace the drum unit.
• Replace the developer unit.
Remove the print unit and rock it
to distribute the toner evenly, or
replace the developer unit.
• Contact your dealer if the fuser
unit is damaged.
• Replace the developer unit.
• Print several pages if this problem
occurs after a paper jam.
