You can download the default upgrade file from http://www.avaya.com/support. With this file,
the telephone uses default settings for customer-definable options. You can also change these
settings with DHCP or in some cases from the dialpad of the deskphone. Of course, these

However, you might want to open the default file and administer the options to add useful
functionality to your Avaya IP deskphones. Ensure that the file resides in the same directory

Contents of the settings file

The settings file can include any of six types of statements, one per line:
