Hard drive data display

You can display the hard drive information.

Switch to the USB HOST mode.

Connect the USB hard drive.

Press [MENU/MODE CHK].

As for the hard drive in FAT type, the remaining
memory only for the target area on the hard drive
is displayed.
• Using and , you can switch the display
between the list with the dates/times and the
names of the partitions given by the user. If
the hard drive is in FAT type, switching is not
possible.
• If the hard drive is in TYPE S type, when the hard
drive thumbnail display or the EXPLORE display
is on the screen, press [MENU/MODE CHK], and
select "OPERATION"–"CHANGE PARTITION
NAME". You can now apply a name (up to 20
characters) to the partition.
(This is not possible with hard drives in other
types than TYPE S.)
• If an invalid partition is present on the P2 store hard
drive, the partition information is displayed in gray.
• With a FAT type of hard drive, only the first
partition is displayed.
