Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) is an industry standard that provides better manageability
and more secured configuration while interacting with your server at boot time. HP ProLiant Gen9
platform defaults to UEFI and can be factory or field configured for Legacy BIOS Boot Mode.
NOTE: The UEFI System Utilities function is analogous to the HP ROM-Based Setup Utility (RBSU) of
legacy BIOS. For more information, please visit
