Enter the name, and press [Enter].

Press [Destination].
Select the destination fax number from the address book or by
pressing [Speed-Dial], and press [Enter].
% If you press [Speed-Dial], you can select a destination us-
ing a search number. For details on selecting search num-
bers, refer to page 6-12.
% If you press [Search], you can search a destination. For de-
tails on searching destination, refer to page 6-7.
Press [Priority].
Select the priority level, and press [Enter].
Press [Conditions].
% If you do not want to register distribution conditions, proceed to step 25.
Press [Fax Number].
% If you do not want to register a fax number, proceed to
step 18.
