Enter the subject, and press [Enter].
% For details on entering characters, refer to Chapter 2, "En-
tering Characters" in the User's Guide Administrator Oper-
ations.
% Up to 80 characters can be entered for the subject.
Press [Text].
Enter the mail text, and press [Enter].
% Up to 1024 characters can be entered for the mail text.
% Press [
] to enter a line break. A line break takes up two
characters.
% Press [ViewText] to confirm the mail text that has been en-
tered. Press [Edit] to return to the entry screen.

Press [Enter].
% To print the specified cover page to check it, press [Print], and then [Yes]. Proceed to step 13.
Press [Close].
Specify the destination, and press <Start>.
