Using the Outbox

Follow this procedure to use the Outbox.
Prerequisites
You must have assigned the Outbox to a DN key.

•
To dial the call, go to step 5.
•
To view call information, go to step 6.
•
To store the number in the directory, go to step 7.
Use the navigation keys to select Dial and press Ok.
The handset dials the number. The procedure is complete.
Use the navigation keys to select Display and press Ok.
The call information appears. The procedure is complete.
Use the navigation keys to select Store.
The CICM Directory appears. To add an entry, see

Action
Press the FCN key.
Use the navigation keys to select Outbox from the menu.
The Outbox screen appears.
Use the navigation keys to scroll through the list and select a
call.
Press Ok.
Perform one of these actions:
•
To dial a call, go to step 5.
•
To view call information, go to step 6.
•
To store the number in the directory, go to step 7.
Use the navigation keys to select Dial and press Ok.
The handset dials the number. The procedure is complete.
Use the navigation keys to select Display and press Ok.
The call information appears. The procedure is complete.
