Installing the chassis on a ETSI or NEBs rack
Secure
the unit
to the
rack in
four
places

Locate the bracket mounting holes on each side of the chassis.
Attach the mounting brackets to each side of the chassis using a Pozidrive
screw driver.
See "Attaching mounting brackets to chassis" (page 27) for an illustration
of how to attach mounting brackets.
Note: For the NEBS rack, use the NEBS mounting brackets. For the ETSI
rack, use the ETSI mounting brackets.
Use two of the provided rack fixings to aid you in the initial location of the
chassis within the rack.
Find the desired position for the chassis on the rack.
Using the four fixings provided, secure the unit to the rack.

illustration of how to install the chassis on the rack.
