Removing a Text Effect
1.
Press 功能 and then 文字修飾 .
2.
Select 取消 (Cancel) and then press 執行 .
If you want to remove a single text effect from text where multiple text
effects are applied, select the text effect to be removed and then press
執行 .
3.
Select 文字 (Character) and then press 執行 .
4.
Move the cursor to the fi rst character of the text whose text effect you
want to remove and then press 執行 .
5.
Move the cursor to the last character of the text whose text effect you
want to remove and then press 執行 .
If you are removing a single text effect from text where multiple text
effects are applied, press
here instead of 執行 .
Saving and Recalling Frequently Used
Expressions (Phrase Memory)
You can save frequently used terms and expressions in printer memory for
later recall when you need them.
You can store up to 50 entries, each with up to 49 characters.
The printer comes with 20 expressions preset. You can edit or overwrite the
preset expressions, if you want.
1. 生產年月日 (Date Produced)
2. 作成日 (Date Created)
3. 拍攝日 (Date Recorded)
4. 更新日期和時間 (Date Updated)
5. 交換日 (Date Replaced)
6. 購買日 (Date Purchased)
7. 儲存期間 (Retention Period)
8. 有效期間 (Validity Period)
9. 保管到 (Store until: )
10. 有效至 (Valid until: )
All other items have the text 未登錄 (No Data) assigned to them.
Recalling a Phrase
1.
Press 預設模板 .
2.
Select the expression you want to insert and then press 執行 .
You can also select a phrase by inputting its number (1 to 50) with the
number keys.
