Safety lock / System lock

The system lock and safety lock are
deactivated if there is an interruption
to the power supply.
Three-finger control is the default set‐
ting. You can change the default to
one-finger control (see "Program‐
ming").
Your cooktop is equipped with a sys‐
tem lock and a safety lock to prevent
the cooktop and the cooking zones be‐
ing switched on or any settings being
altered.
The system lock is activated when the
cooktop is switched off. When it is acti‐
vated, the cooktop cannot be switched
on and the timer cannot be used. The
cooktop is programmed so that the
system lock must be activated manual‐
ly. It can be programmed to be activa‐
ted automatically 5 minutes after the
cooktop has been switched off if the
system lock is not manually activated
first (see "Programming").
