Signing Off The Cooktop - Miele KM 6388 Operating And Installation Instructions

If you want to sign on your cooktop to
the Con@ctivity system, you will first
need to sign on the rangehood.
Signing on the cooktop
 With the cooktop switched off,
touch the  and  sensors at the
same time until the indicator light for
the safety lock flashes.
 (programme) and  (status) appear in
the timer display. The programme num‐
ber will be displayed to the left of the
control panels and the set status to the
right.
 Touch the number 1 on the rear left
control panel (set to programme 10).
 Touch the number 2 on the front
right control panel (set to status 2 =
sign on).
The signing-on procedure starts and
number 2 flashes on the front right con‐
trol panel. The signing-on procedure
will take a few minutes. The number 2
lights up constantly as soon as the pro‐
cedure has been completed success‐
fully.
 To save the setting, touch the  sen‐
sor until the displays go out.
 Finish signing on the rangehood ap‐
pliance (see the relevant instructions).
