Removal; Disassembly - Suzuki GZ250 Service Manual

REMOVAL

• Remove the fuel tank. (See p. 4-1.)
• Remove the starter plunger
• Loosen the lock nuts
cables
• Remove the overflow hose
• Loosen the clamp screws.
• Remove the carburetor.

DISASSEMBLY

• Remove the fuel hose
• Remove the throttle stop screw
and disconnect the throttle
and air vent hose
and vacuum hose
