V. Removing Machine from Packaging Box
1. Unpack the packaging box and remove cushion-
ing materials and plastic bags from the box.
2. Hold the portions indicated in the illustration with
two persons. While keeping the machine level,
take it out from the box.
Note:
Machine mass: 74 kg/169-1/2 lb
When transporting or moving the machine, assign
adequate number of persons.
VI. Removing Protective Tape and Packag-
ing Materials and Unlocking Scanner
1. Remove pieces of protective tape and packaging
materials.

2. Open the right door and remove the protective
tape.
3. Push the lever in the direction of the arrow and
remove the spacer from the transfer roller.
4. Close the right door.
