START A STYLE WITH TAP TEMPO

11. With the Style accompaniment off, beat time
on the TAP TEMPO button.
The tempo is set according to the timing of
the last two taps, the relative Tempo value is
displayed and the accompaniment starts au-
tomatically.
The tempo adjusts itself automatically accord-
ing to the current Time Signature (4/4, 3/4,
etc.).
START AND STOP A STYLE WITH FADE
IN/OUT
12. Press the FADE IN/OUT button before start-
ing the accompaniment with START/STOP.
The Style track volumes are instantly set to
zero. Use either START/STOP or KEY
START to start the accompaniment.
After the start, the accompaniment track vol-
umes gradually increase and reach their pro-
grammed peak after a 2 measure (bar) cy-
cle.
13. Press FADE IN/OUT while the accompani-
ment is playing.
All the track volumes gradually decrease and
the accompaniment automatically stops at the
end of the Fade Out cycle.
During the Fade cycle, the relative LED
flashes.
SELECT A STYLE WITHOUT CHANGING THE
KEYBOARD SOUNDS
If you want to change Style while playing without
changing the keyboard sounds, select the Style
with SINGLE TOUCH PLAY off.
When SINGLE TOUCH PLAY is off, selecting a
Style changes the patterns, the sounds and ef-
fects of the accompaniment tracks only - the key-
board sounds remain unchanged.
