Note
MAS 6100 cannot be used in the trunk splitter
(LBB4114/00) and tap-off unit (LBB4115/00)
due to the length of the cap.
Note
The screening of the cable is connected to the
earth tags of the Hirschmann cable plug/socket
and is potentially live. Therefore, only use
isolated sockets for extension cables, patch
panels and floor boxes.
When connecting connectors to extension cables, it is
recommended that insulated, metal shield connectors
are used, rather than plastic shield connectors to protect
the connectors according to EMC specifications.
