Pre-requisites
Monochrome original with color highlighting .
BuSINeSS APPLICATION
Customer wants to remove highlighter marks from a B&W document when copying .
Since this is a frequent application, we are going to store the keystrokes in a Program
Key so that that function is quickly and easily accessible .
If not on the Home screen touch the Menu key on the Control Panel
PrOCedure
1 . Touch Copy .
2 . On the Copy Screen,
set color setting
to Auto Color .
3 . Touch Application .
