OPERATION

MACHINE SETUP

PREPARING MACHINE FOR READYSPACE CLEANING

FOR SAFETY: Before preparing machine,
turn machine off and remove key.
Step 1:
Unlatch the idler plates and remove
the two extractor brushes if installed.

(2) 6mm SOCKET
HEAD CAP SCREWS
Step 2:
Disconnect the vacuum hose and
remove the extractor vacuum shoe if installed.
6mm hex head tool required.
Step 3:
Install the two ReadySpace Rollers.
VACUUM HOSE
Step 4:
Install
the ReadySpace
vacuum shoe. Use
the screws removed
from Step 2.
Connect the
vacuum hose and
READYSPACE
the vacuum tube as
VACUUM SHOE
shown.
(2) 6mm SOCKET
HEAD CAP SCREWS
Step 5:
Connect the solution flush line to the vacuum shoe
(See DETAIL). Repeat for opposite side.

2) Rear ReadySpace
3) 6 mm Hex Head Tool
