Ignoring a Call

You can ignore an Incoming call by pressing
Active or Held call, the highlight moves back to whatever Call Appearance you were on before the incoming call.
The Call Appearance LED continues to flash. Press the flashing Call Appearance to answer the incoming call.
Once a call is ignored, the
Ignoring a call on the Deskset also ignores and silences that call on the Cordless Handset.
If an ignored call is highlighted, going off hook does not answer the incoming call, but establishes a new call on the next
available Call Appearance.
If you receive multiple incoming calls, they queue up in order of arrival. The highlight always stays on the oldest incoming
call. If the call has already been ignored once, it cannot be ignored again.
If there are multiple incoming calls occurring simultaneously, they are queued up in order of arrival. You stay on the
current incoming call interaction screen, but additional Call Appearances light up to indicate additional incoming calls.
Ignoring the current incoming call takes you to the next incoming call in the queue. If you ignore all additional incoming
calls, you return to the previous feature.
If you are on an active call with one ignored call and one unattended incoming call, and you hang up the active call, the
unattended call rings.
