Extension List

You can access the Extension list illustrated in Figure 74 from Idle, Live Dialing, Transfer and Conference Setup modes.
First and Last Name (if available).
Toggles First and Last name sort in
Directory and Extension list.
The System Administrator can add a maximum of 50 extensions.
There is a 22-26 character limit on the name field. Entries too long for the display are indicated by three dots at the end
of the line (...).
When reviewing the Extension list, you can call the highlighted extension.
