To forward calls on an AT&T SB35020 phone:
1. Access the Admin Settings menu. 2. Navigate to the "Fwd/Trans to line" option. 3. Use the arrow keys to select "Enabled" or "Disabled." 4. Press "Save" to confirm the setting.
Note: If call forwarding to an outside line is disabled, you cannot forward calls to external numbers. You can choose to forward calls to voicemail, a specific extension, or an outside phone number if allowed.
