STEP 2
1. Connect the lower Computer
Cable (9) to
the middle Computer
Cable (30), then put the
Handlebar post (8) on the Frame (1), and secure
with Curved Washer (13), Hex Bolt (14) tightly.

STEP 3
1. Insert the Hand Grip Cable (26) through the slot
as shown, and pull it out though the front post.
2. Secure the Handlebar (15) with Flat Washer (20)
and L-shaped Knob (19) on the Handlebar
Post (8),
then secure with Allen Screw (17).
3. Snap on the Plastic Cover (18) to the handlebar.
4. To adjust handlebar
angle, remove Plastic (18),
loosen Allen Screw (17), and rotate handlebar to
desired position. Be sure knurling is seated properly,
and retightened.
NOTE:
Do not rotate handlebar 360 degrees or
wires will be severed.
