Note: Directory Fields are Administrator-Set
If your phone does not display all the above mentioned contact fields, see your system
administrator. The only required field in the Contact Directory is the Contact field, which includes the
contact's phone number.

To save a recent caller to your Contact Directory, see
If a Corporate Directory is available on your phone, you can add contacts from the Corporate
Directory to your Contact Directory. For information about how to update your Contact Directory, see
Managing a Corporate
To update a contact's information:
1 From the Contact Directory, select the contact you want to update, and press Info > Edit.
2 Update the contact's information, and press Save.
To delete a contact:
1 From your Contact Directory, select the contact you want to delete, and press Info > Delete.
A confirmation message displays confirming that you want to delete the contact.
2 Press Yes or No.

Managing a Corporate Directory

The Corporate Directory is set up and populated with contacts by your system administrator. The
Corporate Directory is non-editable, and your administrator determines which contacts you can see.
From the Corporate Directory, you can do the following:
 Search for contacts.
 Dial contacts.
Polycom, Inc.
Managing
Favorites.
An assigned ringtone for calls from your contact.
The phone number you want to forward calls from the added contact to.
Enables sending calls from the added contact to voicemail.
Using Buddy
Lists.
Enables the setting for blocking the added contact from monitoring your status.
Directory.
Using Buddy
Lists.
Viewing Recent
Calls.
