- Remove the wheel spindle nut and washer
(1).
Tightening torque: 110-130 Nm.
When re-installing, use a new nut.
- Remove the rear wheel.
- Remove the brake linings (4).
- Remove the adjusting nut, the barrel (5) and
the brake control cable (6).
- Remove the brake arm (7), the brake
cam (8) and the spring (9).
Reassembly
Lubricate the brake cam spindle and fit
it into the casing.
- Fit the brake arm onto the cam and align the
punched marks (A).
Tightening torque: 8-11 Nm.
