Enter the recipient name (max. 20 characters,
including spaces) with the numeric keys, then
press [OK].

If you do not want to register the recipient name, press [OK] again to proceed
to the next.

Enter the fax/telephone number you register
(max. 50 digits, including spaces and pauses) with
the numeric keys, then press [OK].

Press [R] first if the machine is behind a switchboard. ("Dialing Through a
Switchboard, " on p. 3-17.)
Press [Redial/Pause] to enter a pause. (See "Dialing an Overseas Number

[OK].
If no subaddress or password is required, press [
select <OFF>, then press [OK]. And press [Stop/Reset] to return to
the standby mode.

Enter the subaddress number you want to use
(max. 20 digits) with the numeric keys, then press
[OK].
If you want to attach a subaddress to your send job, make sure that the
recipient's fax machine supports ITU-T standard subaddresses.

Enter the password you want to use (max. 20
digits) with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
