The gas mark settings and times given
in the top baking guides are based on
dishes made wit block margarine. If tub
margarine is used, it may be necessary to
reduce the gas mark setting.
If a different gas mark setting to that
shown in our guide is given in a recipe,
the recipe instruction should be followed.
The cooking times given in the baking
guides are based on a preheated oven.
If you do not preheat the oven, cooking
times should be extended.
