ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING
The Balance Cycle is to be assembled by an adult. As shipped in the box
it is partially assembled and contains potentially hazardous sharp edges and
points on screws and axel rods. The box contains a package of small parts,
cap nuts and fasteners that pose a swallowing hazard to small children.
Assemble the Balance Cycle with out your child's help and keep these
hazards away from your child until assembly is complete.

TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY

Adjustable wrench (not included) or 13 mm, 14 mm and 16 mm wrenches
(not included).
NOTE: The Balance Cycle comes partially assembled, you need to install the
front fork (together with front wheel), install and adjust the handlebar, install
the rear wheel, and set the seat height.
FRONT FORK AND HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
NOTE: The front wheel has been already assembled onto front fork.
STEP 1. Insert the front fork (together with the front wheel) into the frame head
tube, make sure the slot in the front fork faces the rear of the cycle
(see Figure 1).
NOTE: The Balance Cycle has a steering control mechanism. To make it work,
be sure to have the fixer (on front fork) well seated into hollow area under the
plastic washer of the head tube (see figure 2 and 3).
