QUICK ASSEMBLY GUIDE

TOOLS REQUIRED

1. Allen key wrenches: 3 mm, 4 mm, 5mm, 6 mm
2. Open end wrench 8 mm-10 mm
3. Open end wrench 13 mm-15 mm
4. Standard Phillips head and Standard flat head screwdriver

GETTING STARTED

Open the carton from the top and remove the bike. Remove the straps and protective wrapping from the bike.
Inspect the bike and all accessories and parts for possible shortages. It is recommended that the threads and all
moving parts in the package be lubricated prior to installation. Do not discard packing materials until assembly is
complete to ensure that no required parts are accidentally discarded. Assemble your bike following the steps that
pertain to your model.
