If you are authorized to use an individual Authorization Code (1 to 7
digits, affiliated to your own extension) you can lock your own
extension to a common authority level, e.g. when out of the office.
You can also temporarily change any other phone used within the
exchange to the same authority level as you have on your own
phone. The individual code can be changed from your own
extension.
