( 14 ) Removing and replacing the heater thermistor / heater fuse
① Remove the blower fan holder.
→ ( Reference : Removing and replacing the blower fan /
blower motor )
② Remove the drain pan.
→ ( Reference : Removing and replacing the float switch )
③ Remove the dryer fan case.
→ ( Reference : Removing and replacing the dryer fan /
dryer fan motor )
④ Remove the heater thermistor setscrews ( 2 ) to remove
the heater thermistor.
→ ( Removing and replacing the heater thermistor )
⑤ Remove the heater fuse setscrews ( 2 ) to remove the
heater fuse.
→ ( Removing and replacing the heater fuse )
⑥ Remove the washer and nut, then remove the earth wire.
( 15 ) Removing and replacing the zeolite / heater assembly
① Remove the heater thermistor / heater fuse.
→ ( Reference : Removing and replacing the
heater thermistor / heater fuse )
② Remove the heater assembly setscrews ( 3 ) from
the frame, and remove the heater assembly with
the zeolite.
③ Remove the zeolite setscrew ( 1 ) , and detach the
zeolite from the heater assembly.
→ ( Removing and replacing the zeolite / heater
assembly )

Insert a slotted screwdriver etc. into the slot of the
rotor holder from the back side, and remove the
zeolite setscrew ( 1 ) while stopping the rotor motor
moving together with the setscrew.

The rotor holder is also detached when the zeolite
is removed, so be careful not to lose it.
