( 12 ) Removing and replacing the float switch
① Remove the right case.
→ ( Reference : Removing the right case )
② Remove the drain pan setscrews ( 2 ) to remove
the drain pan.
③ Detach the catch ( 1 ) which fixes the float switch
in the drain pan to remove the float switch.

< Points at reassembly >
Leave some slack in the lead wire ( red ) of the
fuse in advance. When mounting the drain
pan , place the lead wire ( red ) of the fuse in the
catch on the drain pan. ( to prevent the water
immersion of lead wire )
( 13 ) Removing and replacing the dryer fan / dryer fan motor
① Remove the right case.
→ ( Reference : Removing the right case )
② Remove the blower fan holder.
→ ( Reference : Removing and replacing the blower
fan / blower fan motor )
③ Remove the drain pan.
→ ( Removing and replacing the float switch)
④ Remove the dryer fan case setscrews ( 2 ) and
detach the catches ( 2 ) to remove the dryer fan case.
⑤ Detach the catches ( 2 ) to remove the dryer fan
motor cover.
⑥ Remove the spring which fixes the dryer fan from
the inside of the dryer fan case. Remove the dryer
fan.

⑦ Remove the dyer fan motor setscrews ( 2 ) from the
inside of the dryer fan case. Remove the dryer fan
motor.
→ ( Removing and replacing the dryer fan motor )

Coat the inside of the dryer fan case from end to end
with silicon ( to keep it sealed ) .
Fix the dyer fan motor cover setscrew before the
silicon sets.
