( 7 ) Removing and replacing the sensor control board / rotor thermistor / rotor fuse
① Remove the heat exchanger.
→ ( Reference : Removing the heat exchanger )
② Remove the power control board.
→ ( Reference : Removing and replacing the power control board )
③ Pull out the sensor control board from the unit.
→ ( Removing and replacing the sensor board )
④ Remove the rotor thermistor setscrew ( 1 ) to remove the
rotor thermistor.
→ ( Removing and replacing the rotor thermistor )
⑤ Remove the rotor fuse holder set screw ( 1 ) to remove the
rotor fuse. → ( Removing and replacing the rotor fuse )
< Point at reassembly >
Lead wire should not get into the drain pan. ( to prevent
the water immersion of lead wire )

( 8 ) Removing the right case
① Remove the heat exchanger.
→ ( Reference : Removing the heat exchanger)
② Remove the power control board.
→ ( Reference : Removing and replacing the power control
board)
③ Remove the plug cord.
→ ( Removing and replacing the plug cord)
④ Remove the right case setscrews ( 2 ) .
⑤ Detach the fitting ( 2 ) which fixes the right case to remove
the right case.
→ ( Removing the right case)
< Note >
Do not break the louvre hole of the right case etc.
< Point at reassembly >
Wiring method for power supply wire
Route the power supply wire along
the frame. It should be positioned at
the inner side of the boss A and C
for lead wires.
Wiring method for earth wire
Set the earth wire at the inner side
of the boss B for lead wires. Leave
some extra length of the earth wire.
< Note >
Don't leave any slack in the power
supply wire in this section.
