( 9 ) Removing and replacing the blower fan / blower fan motor
Note: The following procedure can be performed without removing the blower fan holder.
① Remove the right case.
→ ( Reference : Removing the right
case )
② Remove the blower fan holder
setscrews ( 3 ) to remove the blower
fan holder.
③ Remove the blower fan setnut ( 1 ) to
remove the blower fan.
→ ( Removing and replacing the
blower fan )
※ The blower fan setscrew is a
left-hand screw.
④ Remove the holding plate setscrews
( 4 ) to remove the blower fan motor.
→ ( Removing and replacing the
blower motor )

When installing the blower fan / blower
fan motor, set the lead wires toward
the top of the unit.
( 10 ) Removing and replacing the stepping motor
① Remove the right case.
→ ( Reference : Removing the right case )
② Remove the stepping motor set screws ( 2 ) to remove
the stepping motor.
→ ( Removing and replacing the stepping motor )
( 11 ) Removing and replacing the rotor motor
① Remove the right case.
→ ( Reference : Removing the right case )
② Remove the blower fan holder setscrews ( 3 ) to remove
the blower fan holder.
③ Remove the rotor motor setscrews ( 2 ) , and lift up the
case with the screws to remove them. Remove the
rotor motor.
→ ( Removing and replacing the rotor motor )

Put the rotor motor in the motor case,
and mount it on the frame. Engage it
with a gear of the zeolite at this point.
