b. If a child's chest is large enough to
permit a 1 inch (2.5cm) gap between the
pads, pad placement can be used similar
to adult placement. Place one pad on
child's BARE upper right chest above
nipple and one pad on child's BARE
lower left ribcage below nipple as shown
