Voq User Guide
To remove the phone from the cradle:
1
Tilt or rock the phone towards you.

Lift the phone up and out of the cradle.
Warning!
Always tilt or rock the phone towards
you before you lift it out of the cradle. Otherwise,
you could damage the connectors and the cradle.
Charge and sync the phone
When you insert the phone into the cradle, charging
begins immediately. If the battery is totally discharged
when you plug in the AC adapter, it takes a few
moments for the phone to start up. This is normal and
ensures that the phone has sufficient power for reliable
operation.

If you have a working e-mail account and have
configured ActiveSync on your desktop PC,
synchronization also starts. For information on setting
up ActiveSync, see
"Synchronizing your Voq phone" on
page
80.
Cradle indicators
When you plug in the cradle, the cradle LEDs will cycle
through a test.
Phone charging indicators
When you insert the phone into the cradle, a white LED
on the front of the cradle turns on to indicate that the
connection is successful.
On the phone, the LED on the top right of the phone
turns red when the battery is charging. When the
battery is fully charged, the LED turns green.The phone
also displays a charging icon on the status bar at the
top of the Home screen.
To check the battery level while the battery is charging,
Start > Settings > More > Power
press

Spare battery
The Voq battery pack incorporates new smart chip
technology that tracks the number of times you charge
your battery and modifies the batteries output
accordingly.
