BANK ANGLE SENSOR INSTALLATION
WARNING- 2014+ Models: Before the trike in-
stallation is complete, the Bank Angle Sensor
(BAS) setting must be changed in the Body
Control Module (BCM) from "Internal" to
"External". This setting must be changed by a
Harley Davidson dealer. Failure to reprogram
BCM to correct setting may cause engine to
stall while riding. Death or serious injury may
occur.

(1) 14+ Bank Angle Sensor Kit– S002400
1. See Fig. 1. Install Bank Angle Sensor bracket
to seat post under body. Route wiring under
frame towards the battery.
2. See Fig. 2. Install red wire from sensor into #3
connector position next to the violet wire in
adapter harness. Verify red wire mates with
solid blue wire on opposite end.
3. See Fig. 2. Connect the black wire from the
Bank Angle Sensor to negative battery termi-
nal.
4. See Fig 3. Carefully slide BCM out of plastic
housing in front of battery.
5. See Fig. 3. Unplug BCM connector and tempo-
rarily remove the plastic cover.
