Do not make any modifications to
the airbag system as this will
invalidate the vehicle type approval.
In the event of airbag deployment
have the steering wheel, the
instrument panel, all panelling parts,
the door seals, the handles and the
seats removed by a repairer.
When an air bag deploys, there may
be a loud noise and smoke. These
conditions are normal and are not
dangerous but in case it may
stimulate skin of the passenger.
If the stimulation is continued,
contact a doctor.

Never allow children or infants
and pregnant women and the old
and the weak sit in the front
passenger seats fitted with
airbags.

Furthermore, do not drive with a
baby seat fitted thereon. In case
of an accident, the impact from
the inflated airbag can cause
facial injury or death.
If the vehicle is impacted by
bumps or objects on unpaved
roads or pavements, the air bag
may inflate. Drive slowly on the
surfaces not designed for vehicle
traffic to prevent unintended air
bag deployment.

Front Airbag System

The front airbag system consists of
one airbag in the steering wheel and
one in the instrument panel on the
passenger side. These can be
identified by the word AIRBAG.
The front airbag system is triggered
in the event of an accident of a
certain severity in the depicted area.
The ignition must be ON.
