To bind the VolantexRC PR2210 receiver to the EX2 transmitter, follow these steps:

1. Move the powered transmitter a few feet away from the boat.
2. Insert the bind plug into the receiver’s bind port.
3. Connect a fully charged battery to the boat’s ESC.
4. Power on the ESC switch.
5. The receiver’s LED should start flashing, indicating it is in bind mode.
6. Press and hold the bind button on the transmitter while turning it on.
7. Wait for the receiver’s LED to turn solid, indicating a successful bind.
8. Release the bind button and remove the bind plug from the receiver.
9. Power off the boat and transmitter, then turn them back on to confirm the connection.

If binding fails, ensure the battery is fully charged, the transmitter is not too close to the boat, and there are no large metal objects nearby.
