Electrical Adjustments
PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-[AV]
Presetting
1. Receive the 16-step grey scale video signal.
2. Set to AV mode.
[R-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-2]
3. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP501" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
4. Select Data no. "00B" and change data value (Refer
to "IIC data adjustment ") to adjust the pedestal level
and black level to be same level.
[G-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-2]
5. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP531" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
6. Select Data no. "00D" and change data value (Refer
to "IIC data adjustment ") to adjust the pedestal level
and black level to be same level.
[B-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-2]
7. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP561" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
8. Select Data no. "00F" and change data value (Refer to
"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust the pedestal level
and black level to be same level.
Pedestal level = Black level
GAIN ADJUSTMENT-[AV]
Presetting
1. Receive the 16-step grey scale video signal.
2. Set to AV mode.
[R-GAIN ADJUSTMENT-2]
3. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP501" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
4. Select Data no. "00C" and change data value (Refer
to "IIC data adjustment ") to adjust "a" to be minimum
amplitude.
[G-GAIN ADJUSTMENT-2]
5. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP531" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
6. Select Data no. "00E" and change data value (Refer
to "IIC data adjustment ") to adjust "a" to be minimum
amplitude.
[B-GAIN ADJUSTMENT-2]
7. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP561" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
8. Select Data no. "010" and change data value (Refer to
"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust "a" to be minimum
amplitude.
