Electrical Adjustments
PSIG ADJUSTMENT
1. Receive the 16-step gray scale computer signal.
2. Set to COMPUTER mode.
3. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP581" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
4. Select Data no. "004" and change data value (Refer to
"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust "a" to be 3.8 ±0.1Vp-p.
5. Select Data no. "003" and change data value (Refer to
"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust "b" to be 10.0±0.1Vp-p.
PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-[CG]
Presetting
1. Receive the 16-step grey scale computer signal.
2. Set to COMPUTER mode.
[R-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-1]
3. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP501" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
4. Select Data no. "005" and change data value (Refer to
"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust the pedestal level
and black level to be same level.
[G-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-1]
5. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP531" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
6. Select Data no. "007" and change data value (Refer to
"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust the pedestal level
and black level to be same level.
[B-PEDESTAL ADJUSTMENT-1]
7. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP561" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
8. Select Data no. "009" and change data value (Refer to
"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust the pedestal level
and black level to be same level.
Pedestal level = Black level
GAIN ADJUSTMENT-[CG]
Presetting
1. Receive the 16-step grey scale computer signal.
2. Set to COMPUTER mode.
[R-GAIN ADJUSTMENT-1]
3. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP501" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
4. Select Data no. "006" and change data value (Refer to
"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust "a" to be minimum
amplitude.
[G-GAIN ADJUSTMENT-1]
5. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP531" (+) and
chassis ground (-).

"IIC data adjustment ") to adjust "a" to be minimum
amplitude.

7. Connect an oscilloscope to test point "TP561" (+) and
chassis ground (-).
8. Select Data no. "00A" and change data value (Refer
to "IIC data adjustment ") to adjust "a" to be minimum
amplitude.
