Display unit operation
A long beep signifies the end of the meas-
uring process.
The inflation and measuring processes
can be interrupted at any time by pressing
the Start/stop button. The device will stop
deflation, deflate the cuff and switch itself
off.
Blood pressure values and pulse rate are
shown in the display. Values are automati-
cally saved when starting a new measure-
ment or when switching off the device.
Breathe deeply and relax prior to the mea-
surement being taken. Do not move, do not
speak and do not tense your arm while the
measurement is in progress. Breathe gently.
Repeat measurement
If the device registers a malfunction, the
measurement will be interrupted, the cuff
deflated and then inflated again.
