1. Insert batteries
2. Fitting the cuff
Bare your left arm.
Place the cuff on the upper arm with its
lower edge 2–3 cm (about 1 inch) above
the elbow and the pipe lying in the middle
of the crook of the arm.
Close the cuff and connect it to the ma-
chine.
Stretch your left arm out and rest it on the
table with your palm facing upwards.
Keep your arm still and do not talk.
