screen because these values are already optimized.
The Onboard Device Configuration screen assigns resources to basic computer communication hardware.

Description
Enables or disables the serial port.
The serial port is a PnP device. Enabled/Disabled
setting won't affect the Windows Device Manager
setting of the serial port.
Base I/O address: Set the base I/O address of the
serial port.

Interrupt: Set the IRQ of the serial port.
