2.4.5 Blacklist

The Blacklist feature allows the blocking of specific phone numbers by Callerid.
Click【Inbound Control】->【Blacklist】->【New Blacklist】
Input the caller ID in the space provided. Once configured, future calls from this caller ID will
be blocked.
To maintain this list of blocked numbers, see the instructions in the following diagram:
Define a name for the Ring Group
Select "Ring All" or "Ring in order"
Select the Ring Group Member from "the Available
Channels", click
to add.
You can choose to forward the call to extension, voicemail
ring group, IVR or hang up if not answered.
