This function allow user to design login page of UAG50.

The maximum allowed characters length is 80.
The page background can be none or specified color.
For the background color format please views the color
grid. The allowed format is Hexadecimal.
The article is allowed the administrator to input a
paragraph in the subscriber login page for advisement
or announcement. The maximum character of the
article is 1024.
The article text color can be specified color. For the
specified text color format please views the color grid.
The allowed format is Hexadecimal.
The article background can be specified color. For the
