CD MECHANISM UNIT OPERATION CHECK

Refer to the DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES and the
EXPLODED VIEW.
1. Disconnect the power plug from the AC outlet.
2. Remove the top cover.
3. Remove the front panel unit.
4. Remove the tuner.
5. Remove the MAIN (1) P.C.B.
6. Remove the frame/P.C.B.
7. Remove the CD mechanism unit.
8. Remove the CD P.C.B.
9. Remove the frame/CD.
10. Attach the CD P.C.B. and the CD mechanism unit to
the frame/CD.
11. Attach the frame/P.C.B.
12. Attach the MAIN (1) P.C.B.
13. Attach the tuner.
14. Attach the front panel unit.
15. Connect all detached cables to the respective
connectors.
16. Connect the power cord to the AC outlet.
17. Press the STANDBY/ON key to switch on the power.
18. Check the operation of the CD mechanism.
