I CD MECHANISM UNIT OPERATION CHECK / CDメカユニット動作チェック
Refer to the DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURES and the
EXPLODED VIEW.
1. Disconnect the power plug from the AC outlet.
2. Remove the top cover.
3. Remove the front panel unit.
4. Remove the tuner.
5. Remove the MAIN (1) P.C.B.
6. Remove the frame/P.C.B.
7. Remove the CD mechanism unit.
8. Remove the CD P.C.B.
9. Remove the frame/CD.
10. With the CD P.C.B. installed to the frame/CD, place it
on the block.
11. Connect the black cable of the CD P.C.B. to CB416 of
the MAIN (1) P.C.B.
12. Using the two extension cables, connect between the
CD P.C.B. and INPUT (1) P.C.B.

13. Install the CD mechanism unit to the frame/CD.
14. Attach the frame/P.C.B.
15. Attach the MAIN (1) P.C.B.
16. Attach the tuner.
17. Attach the front panel unit.
18. Connect all detached cables to the respective
connectors.
19. Connect the power cord to the AC outlet.
20. Press the STANDBY/ON key to switch on the power.
21. Check the operation of the CD mechanism.

分解手順および分解図を参照してください。
1. 電源コンセントから、電源プラグを抜きます。
2. トップカバーを外します。
3. フロントパネルユニットを外します。
4. チューナーを外します。
5. MAIN （1） P.C.B.を外します。
6. フレーム/P.C.B.を外します。
7. CDメカユニットを外します。
8. CD P.C.B.を外します。
9. フレーム/CDを外します。
10. CD P.C.B.をフレーム/CDに取り付けて、台の上に置
きます。
11. CD P.C.B.の黒いケーブルを、MAIN （ 1） P.C.B.の
CB416に接続します。
12. CD P.C.B.とINPUT （1） P.C.B.間を、延長ケーブルで
接続します。

13. CDメカユニットをフレーム/CDに取り付けます。
14. フレーム/P.C.B.を取り付けます。
15. MAIN （1） P.C.B.を取り付けます。
16. チューナーを取り付けます。
17. フロントパネルユニットを取り付けます。
18. 外したすべてのケーブルを各コネクターに接続しま
す。
19. 電源プラグを電源コンセントに接続します。
20. STANDBY/ONキーを押して電源ON状態にします。
21. CDメカの動作をチェックします。
