Failure to follow these instructions can result in fire, or electrical shock. It is recommended that a separate circuit servicing only this grill be provided. The rating plate, with the technical data, the serial number and the marking is positioned where you can see it on the back of the appliance.

Failure to do so can result in back or other injury. BEFORE INSTALLING AND USING THE BARBECUE YOU SHOULD CLEAN ITS INNER PARTS TO REMOVE ANY MANUFACTURING RESIDUES.

    Installation instructions Freestanding gas barbecue with wheels Freestanding gas barbecue with wheels It has two fixed wheels and two pivoting wheels with brakes. It acts as a cylinder - holder compartment but depending on its width can be fitted with drawers or extra compartments. A cylinder not more than 50 cm tall (with the pressure regulator mounted) can be housed under the trolley support surface.

    Installation of the regulator 1. Turn off the main gas supply valve. 2. Disconnect 20 lb LP gas fuel tank (if present). 3. Turn off all burner control valves. 4. Remove rear cover and 2 screws. 5. Use an adjustable wrench to remove the LP connector from the brass elbow.

    Change the main grill burner valves injectors 1. Manually remove all of the grates, sear plate, and main burners. 2. Remove the 2 screws that hold the burner in place. Remove gas burner from the grill. A Two screws 3. Use 6 mm socket and wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove the brass injectors from the end of the gas valves.

Twist and lift the burner caps to remove. 3. Use 10 mm socket and wrench or 10 mm nut driver to remove the brass injectors from inside the burner base.

    Change the main grill burner valves injectors Hook up to Natural gas and Leak Test 1. Use pipe wrench to connect certified 1.3 cm gas supply pipe to inlet side of regulator from Natural gas supply according to local codes requirements. Use pipe thread sealant that is certified for use with LP gas at connections where required.

    Using your rotisserie (optional accessory) A rotisserie kit can be purchased as an accessory for the grill. Turn off rotisserie burner when meat thermometer reads 5°C lower than desired internal temperature. Continue rotating, hood closed, for 10 minutes before carving. Timing is affected by weather conditions such as wind and outside temperature.

    Tips for outdoor grilling WARNING Food Poisoning Hazard Do not let food sit for more than one hour before or after cooking. Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness. Before Grilling • Thaw food items before grilling. • Preheat grill on high (use all grill burners) 10 minutes. The hood must be closed during preheating. There is no need to use the back rotisserie burner for preheating.
  • Page 25 Tips for outdoor grilling Indirect cooking After preheating the grill, with burner set at maximum and with the cooking cover closed, position the food on the side of the grill nearest, but not over the lit burner. With the 90 cm barbecue, light the side burners and place the food on the central grill.

For routine cleaning, wash with soap and water using a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse with clean water and dry at once with a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid spots and streaks.
