8.3 RS Feva Gennaker Pole System

Your RS Feva will arrive with the Gennaker Pole System in place, and this does not
need to be de-rigged. In the event that you need to re-rig the gennaker pole, please
refer to the following diagram.
Spinnaker halyard coming down
through the foredeck and around the
turning block towards the bow
Make sure when the pole is
fully extended this block
does not meet and touch the
spinnaker uphaul block.
Tack line comes from the outboard end of the pole through
the middle of the pole and ties off under the eyelet for the
spinnaker uphaul block. Make sure this line is tight when the
pole is fully extended
Pole outhaul line is connected to the spinnaker pole and threads
through the block attached on the rear of the inboard spinnaker
pole bearing. And then on the end this rope another block is
attached for the spinnaker halyard to go around before it goes
through the cleat this launches the pole out when the halyard is
hoisted.
