  • Page 3 1. Assemble one UPRIGHT (1) and the LEFT BASE (2) using two 1/2” X 4.25” BOLTS (3), two 1/2” PLASTIC DOMED WASHERS (4), two 1/2” I.D. WASHERS (5) and two 1/2” NYLOCK NUTS (6) as shown. Tighten the BOLTS and NUTS securely. Do not overtighten the BOLTS and NUTS. NOTE: Be sure the flush-ground surface UPRIGHT (1) is positioned to face the inward as shown.
